The hardest part about taking our 2.5lb yorkie to a groomer is wondering how they treat him. In the past, he's hated his groomers and cries and howls when we show up. I have no question that Kaylie takes good care of him. I've showed up to pick him up and she'll be cuddling him in one arm while grooming another dog with the other. I have a STUBBORN bull terrier who is very sweet but has a mind of her own and Kaylie made her feel loved right away. Her puppy, Bruce, was there and lightened my dogs mood as I'm pretty sure my dog thought we were at the vets office from her initial reaction. When I picked my dog up from the salon, she smelled and looked great! Her paws are smooth, her fur is sleek and teeth are bright white. This is by far the best pet salon l've been to and so reasonably priced.” Karen

For starters my girl Dixie RUNS to the door, which has never happened at other groomers. She is so caring and really is interested in your doing wellbeing. Dixie always comes out of there happy and fluffy the way a pup should be! Not only does Kaylie do a wonderful job grooming, but she provided us with free puppy training classes and tips/advice on what we can do at home to improve the behavior of our one-year-old labradoodle. Salon is quaint and immaculate. No crated pets. No crammed waiting areas. Each dog is groomed by Kaylee herself. Individual attention, pampering and treats. She worked around my schedule and kept my pup safe and happy until I could get back. She even keeps a companion dog on site as a nerve calming playmate. She was affordable, professional, honest, and showed great attention to detail. She also makes sure she knows exactly what you want before she starts working on the dogs.

Kaylie took the time to listen to me about some 'quirks' my pets have and had a very sweet and gentle demeanor. You can tell she knows a lot about her profession and about dog behavior. Sophie, Riley, and Figgy are very lucky to have found such a great groomer!”

My little girl is a Border Collie and is very timid to say the least, Kaylie takes the time needed to love on her before she takes her in to groom her, this lets Shy feel comfortable, no rushing just to get her on her way. And then the best part...when I pick her up her tail is wagging and she SHINES from head to toe…...smells so clean, her coat shines and she has a cute bandana on.
